Guardian Angels. We all have one, but none of us know who they are. It could be your best friend. It could be that homeless man you drove by. There’s really no way to tell.

When I was thinking of how I would write this, I thought back to, oh, must’ve been 2 years ago shortly after the earthquake in Haiti. Our church got a letter from a man that we sponser out there (He houses 20 some orphans), which gave a description of what happened to him during the earthquake. I begin:

He (his name escapes me, so he will simply be “he”) had just been at the gas station, filling up is old junker, when the earthquake hit. He begins to panic, and doesn’t know what to do, when a man dressed in  almost all white tells him to get in his car, and order which he follows. The are both now in the back seat of the car with the man in white covering up “him”. The shaking stops, and they both step out of the car. He reaches into his wallet to pay the man for all he has done for him, but when he looks up, the man in white is gone.

So, anyone got an explenation BESIDES Guardian Angel? I don’t see any hands. Guess that’s a no. They’re everywhere, and they’re here to protect us, but expect no gratitude in return. EVER. Do you think you could do that?

Look for your guardian angels. They could be anywhere, and they’re doing all they can to help you. Search for them. And help others as they have helped you, because the last thing this world needs is another Ebeneezer Scrooge or Grinch.

In Christ,

Winston Hill
